Counting's advancing nicely. It's at thirteen pages, seventeen with notes, which means I should have it ready to run by Thoth soon.

Things I'm expected to have complete in the next five days:

• I have to watch Gorillas in the Mist and type thorough answers to a lengthy packet of questions for said film.
• I have to read two excerpts on the directional abilities of mice, and type a two page essay on the subject.
• I have to finish up the statistics project from hell by writing a conclusion of the data I got surveying 150 students at my school, after having spent Monday and Tuesday of this week devoting myself to making charts and spreadsheets and a poster I could present.
• 20 math problems for that same statistics class.
• Practice for my French oral, which I have to take tomorrow, and which will require more preparation than I think I can pull off in a night while doing other work.
• 4 worksheets, also for French.
• 2 textbook activities, again, for French.
• Start putting together the recipes for the French food project I have to do and collecting the ingredients. The food is due at the end of those days, the video of me making the food and explaining it all in French is, quite luckily, not due until after the vacation.
• Put together my Research Questions and Subquestions on World Wars I + II and the Russian Revolution, and start taking notes and finding resources for them.
• Finish Yvain, which I'm less than halfway through.
• Write a response paper on the progression of Courtly Love in Yvain, with notes (which will be twenty points off if I don't have).
• Write a new chapter for Yvain, inserted whenever I want to, that exemplifies the principles of Courtly Love and Chretien's purposes in writing the story.
• Write a two-page guided response to some medieval poetry.
• Finish my senior packet. Write more of my college essays. Do various other college things. Schedule a mock interview.

I'll do the best I can. Somehow I think it won't be good enough.
